Balancing Facial Toner
After cleansing face, apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton ball and gently apply all over the face in upward motions or spray your skin about 6 inches away from face. Allow to dry, and follow with a serum and/or moisturizer. May be placed inside the refrigerator, for a more cooler mist during hot days or used to set in your makeup.
